Dear Ukrainians!

We are pleased to announce an important development regarding the collaboration of three leading domestic companies for the production of granulated fruit, berry, and vegetable juice in Ukraine:

– Fedyakin A.V. PE – a leading domestic manufacturer of sublimation equipment (Dnipropetrovsk region);

– Amarant Trading and Industrial Group LLC – a market leader in Ukraine in the cultivation of amaranth and the sale of amaranth seeds for further processing (Dnipro);

– Dvipa LLC – a well-known organic agricultural enterprise in the region, with over 40 hectares of berry fields and orchards, and an exporter of frozen and sublimated berry products.

The initiator of the cooperation is Oleksandr Duda, President of the Public Organization “Producers of Amaranth and Amaranth Products” and director of Amarant Trading and Industrial Group LLC. During 2022-2024, the project for the production of granulated juice was presented to potential partners from various countries around the world, receiving positive feedback and over 20 inquiries about the equipment for its production.

We are very pleased that Ukrainian technologies and equipment have attracted the interest of the global business community. Therefore, as the first step, we aim to launch the production of granulated juice, which will be able to freeze and sublimate one ton of freshly squeezed juice from local organic raw materials per day.

As a result of the cooperation, the following social objectives will be addressed:

– Creation of a range of fruit, berry, and vegetable organic juices for preschool and school nutrition institutions with the support of the Dnipro city administration;
– Rehabilitation of soldiers undergoing treatment and recovery at the National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery named after N.M. Amosov;
– Promotion of the ideas of cooperation and mutual assistance within society;
– Advancement of a healthy, nutritious, and safe product with a long shelf life to create strategic food reserves in case of climatic and technological disasters.

In our projects, we emphasize environmental awareness and alignment with the European Green Deal, so the main production criteria are:

– Use of energy-efficient equipment;
– Composting production waste and returning it to the soil as a necessary factor in regenerative agriculture.

We are implementing the following business plans:

– Popularization of organic products, support for organic farmers, and entry into the European market with competitive organic products;
– Development of the latest models of equipment for producing granulated juice for use in joint ventures on different continents for processing local raw materials;
– Creation of a global association of granulated juice producers to coordinate marketing efforts, logistical flows, and fully meet consumer demand;
– Scaling up production in the Dnipropetrovsk region to process up to 200 tons of raw materials per day by 2025;
– Production of popular plant-based milk alternatives (in collaboration with Vitmark Ukraine, TM “Vega Milk”): amaranth, oat, almond, and others, and their presentation in granulated form for use in cafes and private consumption;
– Production of functional juices from fermented raw materials for mass and individual consumption.
